One minor revision is included with every portrait. Additional revisions may incur a small fee. All custom artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.

One to three high-quality photographs of the home. A straight-on view works best, taken in good daytime light, with no heavy filters. If you only have an older photo, send it anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can work with it.
Yes — and it’s free. We routinely remove cars, trash bins and for-sale signs, adjust landscaping, and simplify busy backgrounds. You can request all of these on the order form, along with added text such as a name, date or address.
Home Sketchery™ delivers digital artwork — high-resolution files you can print anywhere, or hand to your framer. Print-ready sizing is included free with every order.
Yes. Realtors may use the artwork in marketing materials — websites, social media, email — and in listing or closing materials, with credit to Home Sketchery™ where feasible. Artwork may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed. See the full Usage & Licensing Agreement.
