All artwork created by Home Sketchery™ remains the intellectual property of Home Sketchery™.
Customer Usage Rights
Upon purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:
- Print the artwork for personal use
- Display the artwork in homes or offices
- Gift printed versions to clients or family
Realtor & Commercial Usage
Realtors may:
- Use artwork in marketing materials (websites, social media, email)
- Include artwork in listing or closing materials
With credit to Home Sketchery™ when feasible.
Restrictions
Artwork may not be:
- Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed
- Uploaded to stock sites or marketplaces
- Claimed as original artwork by anyone other than Home Sketchery™
Edits & Reproduction
Artwork may not be altered beyond resizing or cropping without written permission.
Revisions & Refunds
One (1) minor revision is included with every portrait. Additional revisions may incur a small fee. All custom artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.
Photographs You Supply
By uploading photographs to Home Sketchery™ you confirm that you have the right to use them, and you grant us permission to use them solely as reference for producing your commissioned artwork.
